By creating an account, accessing, or using AiRTrader.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Description of Service
Platform Overview
AiRTrader.ai is an AI-powered trading insights platform that provides automated trading signals, market analysis, risk assessments, and portfolio monitoring through agentic AI technology. The Service is designed to augment your trading decisions, not replace your judgment.
AI-Generated Signals
Our platform uses artificial intelligence agents to analyze market data and generate trading signals based on your configured parameters, risk tolerance, and preferences. These signals are informational tools — they are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of performance.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. AiRTrader.ai is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Accurate Information
You agree to keep your account information up to date, including your email address and payment details. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in inability to access the Service or process your subscription.
One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, or for any other purpose is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
Subscription & Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
AiRTrader.ai offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Plan details, including pricing, features, and limitations, are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fees. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes apply.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, AI models, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by AiRTrader.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading activities. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any data, configurations, or content you submit to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.

AiRTrader.ai is a technology platform that provides AI-generated trading signals and analysis tools. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated signals, analysis, or recommendations. Past performance of any signal or strategy does not guarantee future results. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and AI models can produce incorrect outputs.
As-Is Basis
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRTRADER.AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Trading Losses
You acknowledge and agree that AiRTrader.ai is not responsible for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service, reliance on AI-generated signals, or any trading decisions you make. All trading decisions are solely your responsibility.
Risk Disclosure
Trading Risks
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
AI Limitations
AI-generated trading signals are based on historical data and algorithmic analysis. AI models have inherent limitations, can produce errors, and may not account for unprecedented market events, black swan scenarios, or sudden regulatory changes.
Market Volatility
Financial markets can experience extreme volatility, liquidity gaps, and rapid price movements that may result in losses exceeding your expectations. Automated signals may not react appropriately to all market conditions.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of each trade, managing your portfolio, setting appropriate risk parameters, and making final trading decisions. The Service is a tool to assist your analysis — it does not replace your obligation to exercise independent judgment.
Prohibited Uses
You Agree Not To
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including securities laws and anti-money laundering regulations.
Reverse Engineering
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of our AI models, algorithms, or any other proprietary technology underlying the Service.
Unauthorized Access
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or our computer systems or networks. This includes using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission.
Redistribution
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your account access, trading signals, or any content from the Service with third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without our express written consent.
Market Manipulation
Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, insider trading, wash trading, spoofing, or any other form of market abuse or fraudulent trading activity.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion through your dashboard settings or by contacting our support team.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law. Any accrued obligations or provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AiRTrader.ai.
Changes to These Terms
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Continued Use
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
