Where We Are Today
Invite-Only Beta
AiRTrader is currently an invite-only educational platform with no paying customers. We are pre-revenue, pre-launch, and run by a two-person founding team. The compliance posture described below reflects that stage. As the platform matures, we expect to expand the compliance program and we will update this page accordingly.
No Customer Funds, No Custody
AiRTrader does not hold, manage, or have access to customer funds. We do not connect to your brokerage account, do not place trades on your behalf, and do not move money. Every trade is placed by you, in your own broker, on your own authority.
Regulatory Status
What AiRTrader Is
AiRTrader is a technology platform that publishes AI-generated trading signals and stock portfolio recommendations for educational use. We are not a broker-dealer, not a registered investment adviser, and not a financial intermediary. Our service is intended to be educational; nothing on AiRTrader constitutes individualized investment advice.
SEC and FINRA Awareness
The activity AiRTrader supports (US equities and equity options) falls under SEC and FINRA jurisdiction. We design the product to stay on the publisher side of that line: signals are general communications about market setups, not personalized recommendations to specific clients. If our product changes in a way that requires registration as a broker-dealer or investment adviser, we will register before offering that product.
Out of Scope
AiRTrader does not cover futures, forex, cryptocurrencies, or non-equity instruments. CFTC and futures-specific regulations do not apply.
AI Transparency
Every Signal Comes With Reasoning
Each AI-generated signal arrives with the model's reasoning, the key levels it identified, and a confidence score. You can read the call before deciding whether to act on it. There is no black box in the delivery path.
Human Oversight
The founding team monitors AI outputs, reviews edge cases, and can pause or disable any agent that misbehaves. Signal performance is tracked and reviewed; underperforming models are retrained or retired.

No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Account information you provide is used to operate the platform and to communicate with you about the product.
